Yaffe & Company’s 2020 Executive Compensation Survey for Rural Healthcare/Critical Access Hospitals is now closed.
The survey, supported through our partnership with the National Rural Health Association (NRHA), includes cash compensation and benefit information for the top 10 executive positions across the country.
Participants will receive valuable, up-to-date market data essential to making informed executive compensation decisions.
– Evaluate industry standards at both the regional and national levels,
– Assess their own compensation plans, and
– Budget and plan for annual pay increases and/or hiring successors for executive
Data is broken down by geography, net patient revenue, FTEs, and bed count. An executive summary will also be included with current trends. Data within the report include:
– Base Salary
– Total Compensation
– Variable Pay
– Benefits & Perquisites
– Retirement Programs
Organizations that completed the survey by the May 15, 2020 deadline will receive a free copy of the final report.
